Six-year sentence for child pornography

A Buffalo man who obtained child pornography off the internet will spend six years behind bars.

Daniel Alex Rozbicki, 25, was sentenced in federal court on Tuesday. Prosecutors say a warrant executed in September of 2008 uncovered 21 images and 40 videos of child pornography on Rozbicki's desktop computer. Some of the content included prepubescent minors and depictions of violence against children.
